THE CLUB
The K|W Diving Club is one of the largest clubs in Ontario, diving at the Waterloo Rec Center in Waterloo, Ontario and offering dryland training at our facility on Manitou Drive in Kitchener, Ontario. The club offers many opportunities for all levels of diving - from the beginner Learn-to Dive through to recreational, provincial and national levels.
Our training center is surpassed by none in the Province of Ontario. With a grant from the Communities in Action Fund, we were able to open an amazing facility. Our training centre has two Olympic size trampolines, two dry diving boards (the diver dives into matts rather than into the water), a dry platform to practice hurdles and much more. It has taken our diving club to the next level in performance.
Our program is designed to fit anyone’s desires. Whether you would like to dive just once a week for fun, or your goal is to someday make it to the Olympics, we have room for you. We have an amazing Tier II (developmental level) with the largest number of registrants in the province and a strong Tier I division, that is growing every year.
Our coaches are former divers, who know what it feels like to make that leap into the air. They work hard to ensure that you meet whatever goals you have set.
