Coaching Experience
Roland has been coaching since 1986, and has been in the position of Head Coach for the K-W Diving Club since 1992.
Role as a Head Coach
Currently, Roland concentrates on Level II and III competitive divers, preparing them for meets, identifying those divers ready to move up to a higher competitive level.
He also oversees the Recreational and Learn to Dive programs, and works with the Learn to Dive instructors to further develop their teaching skills. His Level II divers have been growing in strength and numbers. In 2009, for the first time, K|W Diving Took home the trophy for top club in the Province at the Tier II level.
Roland works closely with the Executive on all issues relating to the welfare and future development of the Club.
